Isidore of Seville

[History | Link | Print]

In case you need yet another reason to search for Isidore, he has recently been proposed as the "patron saint of the Internet." And for those without the cash to buy the recent translation of Isidore's Etymologies (advertized here some time ago), and with some facility in Latin, the Latin text is online at:

http://penelope.uchicago.edu/Thayer/E/Roman/Texts/Isidore/home.html

Think of Leithart.com as the clearing house for all things Isidorean.
